Indeed armed struggle is the solution. I was discussing the situation in our country with a friend from Uganda about our opportunities and realised we are probably one of the few in africa who still believe change can be achieved through the ballot box. We have had enough about Mugabe and it is very easy to defeat this government or force them to a negitiating table by force. We only need to harm their interests, Believe me the moment it becomes clear that the MDC is advancing for armed struggle, Mugabe will certainly be deserted. Many of the cronies in Zanu pf fear for their interests and the moment there is confrontation they will not wait .It is true that the process is painfull but it seems the only way. Thabo Mbeki has betrayed us and so did other African leaders. Through the war we may be able to save lives. Everyday people are dying from hunger and starvation in their hundreds and all because some people from Zvimba refuse to give others a chance to rule. It is high time our leaders abandon the parliament until free and fair elections are conducted. We may even need to do away with Tsvangirayi, I am surprised that after all these years there is still no strategy to bring change. These discussions should actually have been conducted in 2001 after the presidential elections. We have tried the democtratic root and Mugabe has proven that he is not going to allow any party to rule.
Once we deal with him then we can move forward, we can actually do him the Savimbi way. He is the main stumbling block and a price should be put on his head. We have been too patient with him for too long and now it is the time we stand up and be counted. A few people should be trained to target him and his other people. Mugabe must go.

This is the time for the MDC in the diaspora to take the protest to the south african embassies across the world and make them know that personal support for mugabe should not be at the expense of the nation. where are the mdc organisers? arrange a demo now, starting at the south african embassy in uk and usa. we need to keep this fight alive. lets do something now!

Mdc candidates who won the elections but were declared losers should be allowed into parliament. Other than that there should be no participation by the opposition in Parliament. They might as well have all the seats and MDC will operate underground to bring about change.

my other way of achieving results in zimbabwe is by doing one of the two extremes.
1)by the chiefs,headman and business people in the rural areas and in town by the housemaids and garden attends of the northen surbubs these people should turn those area upside down .they should be no peace in thse areas.
2)It is a well known fact that the chiefs and headman are sellouts through and through thus why many were killed by the zanla forces because they were being used by ian smiths and now they are being used by Bob to do what they know best selling out the will of the people.as the best way to get the message across .do the zanla forces way of dealing with the sellouts and it will get the results.

its a shame that we are still talking about the theft of votes by zanu dogs.the mdc leadship should show that they area willing to lead the people in the right way. we can not have three elections stolen and we continue to talk about the sadc and other so called observors. people must rise aganist mugabe and his companion dogs with the mdc leadership in front. the leadership must not only getting into the office and avoiding the pain associated with it. they should be on the forefront and the mass will support them to boot of mugabe from power. with the current leadership they are only intrested in crying for international support with nothing forth coming. if you want to be in power you should be prepared to die and if you die others will carry the struggle higher. it is not only the office we are after but the freedom of the people of zimbabwe and this is only going to be achived if we manage to kick mugabe from power. heroes are those who are dead not the living ones.

Manyame: ZEC announced the total votes cast as being 14 812. The MDC candidate polled 8 312 votes, meaning she had an unassailable lead. The discrepancy is 7 466 votes.

Seke Rural: ZEC's total votes cast in Seke are given as 11 344. The MDC candidate, with 8 843 votes, polled more than half of the votes cast. But, when results were finally issued the Zanu PF candidate was announced winner with 15 434 votes, which is 4 090 more votes than the total votes cast. The total votes for all the candidates, including spoilt ballots, mysteriously becomes 24 873. The discrepancy is 13 529.

Mutare South: The ZEC figures for the total votes cast is 14 054. The MDC candidate received 12 163 votes. The final result released shows total votes as being 28 575, with 16 412 of these being for the winning Zanu PF. This registers a discrepancy of 14 521.

Buhera South: The total ZEC figure for votes cast is 25 447. The MDC candidate received 13 893 votes, more than half of the total votes cast. When results were finally issued, the Zanu PF candidate was announced the winner, with 15 066 votes. This gives a total of 28 959 ballots cast for the constituency, leaving a discrepancy of 3 512.

Marondera East: The total ZEC figure for votes cast is 25 193. When results were finally issued, the Zanu PF candidate was announced the winner, with 19 192 votes against 10 066 for his MDC counterpart. The total vote count for the constituency is 29 935, leaving a discrepancy of 4 742.

While I am sore about the stolen elections,I feel that we in the MDC should be more realistic to what is on the ground.i.e
1) The state is so merciless when it comes to suppressing any public peaceful demos against its misdeeds,and it is more equiped to put down MDC than it is to defend Zimbabwe from any military threat should it arise.
2)When a mass action(the final push) was called all leaders were harrassed and the president was humiliated while we all set in our houses with fear.I wouldn't encourage Morgan to trust us to respond to his call now and embarrass him further.This is one of the reasons Mbeki believes we do not have the support that we think we have in the nation,because if there was the huge support we claim to have then the final push would have been a success.
3)Begin now to use the 41 seats plus the press muzzler jono to lobby the government to scrape laws to enable us to start campairning for the future and strengtherning the party. TEXT

I followed the elections hoping for a miracle which was not to be!, The whole process was manipulated by Mugabe and his cronies. This was no election, How could it be when the results where predetermined. This is a big joke; well could it be a coincidence that they chose to announce results on Fools day! Maybe they will tell me tomorrow that it was a joke!. The evil Bob has once again defied the will of the people. Now as always he has chosen to impose his will on the whole populace.

Why I am not surprised? Democracy is one thing Zanu pf is not interested. Theirs is a quest for self upliftement, clinging to power by all means. Is this the freedom that we are meant to cherish? Are these the so called gains of independence? I have so many questions that my feeble mind can’t answer. Who then can answer? Who can stand and tell me “YES”. If anyone does then to Freedom I turn my back!



I find myself yearning for what could have been. Now like my fellow Zimbabweans I live in Dreams, I carry a dream now until tomorrow. A tomorrow that we have been denied. Dreaming of a future we have been denied!



MDC is a victim and I can quote the honourable President Tsvangirai”You can’t blame the victim…” .There is nothing MDC could have done to counter the cunning efforts of this demented regime.

Yes, the evidence is there for all those with eyes to see and those with ears to hear that the elections were rigged in favour of comrade Bob. What surprised us ost is the speed the S.A government endorsed the elections

Mbeki is short sighted. He wants a semi permanant seat at the United Nations and he will need zimbabwe's support to be elected. The MDC should start making noises and a petition now that we will oppose their nomination. Tsvangirai should act and act now- he has nothing to lose.

Freedom is a god given right not a Mugabe and Mbeki given priviledge.

MDC should realise that other than dealing with the enemy in Zimbabwe there are some elements outside Zimbabwe who are bent on destoying the party by all means. The SA government is proving to be an active supporter of President Robert Mugabe. Why is MDC being decieved by Mbeki? . First it was Mbeki who persuaded MDC to take part in the just ended elections in which we all know he declared them free and fair well before they were conducted. Information from the media suggest that he is the one who persuaded MDC to launch a court challenge to the results. Apparantly he is now believed to be saying the verdict on whether or not elections were free and fair will be decided by the outcome of the petitions. Only a FOOL can expect a positive outcome from the petitions. Is it not time we focus on our problem at home and use home grown solutions to them rather than to rely on Mbeki. Does it not help if the MDC disengages with ANC as it did prior to the elections and do whatever the people want without involving him. Whoever is advising Tsvangirayi is not for us , he is bent on weakening the MDC. The unfortunate thing is if the MDC leadership fails to come up with a plan B, Zimbabweans will come up with it and it may certainly not involve the MDC at all. During the liberation struggle many who started were unable to finish and the liberation movement trnsformed itself into various forms untill two main parties emerged. I foresee a similar situation for us in Zimababwe, if the leadership fails to act people will replace them but if they are too powerfull in the organisation people will come up with other organisations just as happened in 1999 when the MDC was formed . Food for thought for the MDC leadership.We have 5 years to another election , if nothing positive comes from you you will be discarded by the electorate and we will join new democratic forces. Do not take your support for granted. We supported you because of your courage demostrated in various capacities as you led Zimbabweans to defy the government but you are now loosing track. It is time to re examine your strategies as our leaders. Does it take a rocket scientist for anyone at Harvest House to realise that we are stronger when we are firm on our
position/ decisions. I am a very active memebr of MDC but I am increasingly failing to understand why the leaerds are not acting when people continue to suffer.
